Student Spotlight: Matthew Yap Wei Chuen

"It has been an experiential learning journey studying in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Asia, and I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to everyone in the Embry-Riddle family that has made this happen.

"Looking further, the courses prepared by the school are very much relevant to the Singapore aviation industry. That is to say, on the Unmanned Aerial Systems minor that I had taken online, it is in relation to the current onset of integrating UASs into the airspace of Singapore. In addition, I’d especially enjoyed these online courses given the extensive amount of information every professor had provided. They are very supportive (even though they are from a different time zone in the United States), and these courses had allowed me to managemy time more efficiently and effectively. Less to say, all of my online classmates coming from diverse working backgrounds, sharing a wealth of skills and knowledge.

"Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the place to be if you are looking into upgrading or specializing your aviation career, and I am looking forward to entering the aviation world upon graduation in a few months’ time."
