Frances Chia

Biography

Frances joined Embry-Riddle in January 2016 as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Asia.  Since then, her role has evolved into supporting the office as an Office Manager as well.  Her days are kept busy ensuring that among other things, flights are booked, meeting schedules are adhered to, and a pleasant office environment is enjoyed by all.  Frances makes good use of her past career in copywriting and communications, especially in her professional management of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and her meticulous eye for detail. 

She also makes a beautiful cheese and antipasti platter.
