Built to align with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, ERAU Asia’s strategic plan was developed through collaboration between students, faculty, staff and administration.

Enrollment Management

To attract highly qualified, diverse and motivated students from across the Asia region.

  • Using a data-driven recruitment strategy, reverse enrollment decline and advance retention in key programs.
  • Improve the website experience, use analytics to improve digital marketing and reboot the campus's use of the Salesforce CRM.
  • Explore transfer-friendly policies and pathway programs that grow cross-campus and 2+2 programs.

Faculty & Academic Excellence

To champion excellence in teaching while ensuring the success of our students.

  • Ensure academic offerings meet the industry's needs by working closely with key industry contacts, boards and faculty SMEs.
  • Expand professional development training for faculty to improve teaching and enhance the use of digital transformation tools.
  • Engage faculty in regularly reviewing and redesigning courses to drive continual improvement and meaningful learning through assignments.

Research & Innovation

To address the needs of industry through applied research and professional education and training.

  • Encourage faculty to support students in publishing, pursuing international competitions and embodying a more entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Focus on refining PET market demands, developing new courseware and continuously aligning with evolving industry needs.
  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive, uncrewed aircraft training that prepares students for success in the rapidly growing UAS industry.

Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement

To foster a spirit of giving by strengthening engagement with alumni and industry.

  • Build philanthropic engagement, training and awareness opportunities for faculty, staff, students and alumni.
  • Grow donor base by identifying and engaging new individual and corporate prospects to establish a culture of philanthropy.
