Academic Calendar

ERAU Asia Institute provides flexibility for students by offering four intakes per year, starting in July, October, January and April. This means students have multiple opportunities throughout the year to begin their studies. Regardless of your chosen intake, all degree program intakes at ERAU Asia Institute adhere to the same academic calendar outlined below. 

July 2025 Term

• July 21, 2025 - First Day of Classes
• July 28, 2025 - Add/Drop Ends
• Aug. 9, 2025 - National Day
• Aug. 20, 2025 - Withdrawal Ends
• Sept. 12, 2025 - Last Day of Class

Classes will proceed as usual on Monday following a public holiday on Saturday. For public holidays that fall on a Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the next day, Monday.

¹ Unless otherwise noted, no classes will be held after Noon on the eve of a public holiday.
