Academic Calendar

ERAU Asia Institute provides flexibility for students by offering four intakes per year, starting in July, October, January and April. This means students have multiple opportunities throughout the year to begin their studies. Regardless of your chosen intake, all degree program intakes at ERAU Asia Institute adhere to the same academic calendar outlined below.

January 2026 Term

• January 19, 2026 - First Day of Classes
• January 26, 2026 - Add/Drop Ends
• February 17-18, 2026 - Chinese New Year¹
• February 18, 2026 - Withdrawal Ends
• March 13, 2026 - Last Day of Class
• March 20, 2026 - Last Day of Exams
• March 20, 2026 - Hari Raya Puasa^{1, 2}
• March 22, 2026 - Last Day of Term

April 2026 Term

• April 6, 2026 - First Day of Classes
• April 13, 2026 - Add/Drop Ends
• May 1, 2026 - Labour Day
• May 6, 2026 - Withdrawal Ends
• May 29, 2026 - Last Day of Class
• June 1, 2026 - Vesak Day^{1, 2}
• June 5, 2026 - Last Day of Exams
• June 7, 2026 - Last Day of Term

July 2026

• July 20, 2026 – First Day of Class
• July 27, 2026 – Add/Drop Ends
• August 10, 2026 – National Day ^{1, 2}
• August 19, 2026 – Withdrawal Ends
• September 11, 2026 – Last Day of Class
• September 18, 2026 – Last Day of Exams
• September 20, 2026 – Last Day of Term

October 2026

• October 5, 2026 – First Day of Class
• October 12, 2026 – Add/Drop Ends
• November 4, 2026 – Withdrawal Ends
• November 8, 2026 Deepavali ^{1, 2}
• November 27, 2026 – Last Day of Classes
• December 4, 2026 – Last Day of Exams
• December 6, 2026 – Last Day of Term

Classes will proceed as usual on Monday following a public holiday on Saturday. For public holidays that fall on a Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the next day, Monday.

¹ Unless otherwise noted, no classes will be held after Noon on the eve of a public holiday.
