Option 1: Credit Card and Bank Transfer using Transfer Mate (Preferred)

ERAU has partnered with TransferMate, an online payment service that offers a secure and fast way to send payments worldwide at no cost to the sender or receiver. Using TransferMate couldn't be easier; follow these steps:

Credit Card Payments

  1. Click on the “Finances” tile on your Student Homepage in Campus Solutions.
  2. Click on “My Student Account” and then the “Make a Payment – Access Account” button.
  3. Click on the green "Make Payment" button.
  4. Enter the amount from your invoice. (If you receive a message indicating you have an account balance of $0.00, you can click "OK" and proceed to the next step.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your credit card details.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Credit Card payment. Please note that if you use a debit card, you may need to contact your bank to determine if you have a daily or single transaction limit if payment is unsuccessful.

TransferMate Bank Transfer Payments

  1. Visit https://touchneterausingapore.transfermateeducation.com/ to create a Student Payment Account.
  2. If you already have a Student Payment Account, you can log in, otherwise, click the “Register a Payment” button.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the payee, the country you are transferring payment from, and the amount from your invoice. Select “Bank Transfer” and then click on “Process Transaction.”
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter student details.
  5. When complete, you will receive instructions on where to transfer the funds.
  6. Once you’ve transferred funds, you can track the payment by logging into your Student Payment Account.

Option 2: Electronic Bank Transfer

Payment can also be made by electronic bank transfer. Ensure that you are making payment to the account listed at the bottom of your invoice:

Please note your seven-digit ERAU ID number in the reference section of the transfer request. If funds are being transferred from outside Singapore, please ensure that any fees are paid by the sender, as the amount appearing on the invoice is the amount that ERAU should receive.
